Service Scale (“we”) runs this website for our Meta and Google ads agency. This policy explains what we collect through it and how it’s used.
Visiting the site
This website doesn’t use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts load from Google Fonts. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic request data, such as your IP address and browser, to deliver and protect the site.
Contacting us
If you call, text or email us, we use what you send only to reply and to talk with you about our services.
Business inquiries
If you send the “Apply for a spot” form, we store your name, company, email, phone, trade and ad budget with our database provider (Supabase) and email them to Service Scale through our email provider (Resend), so we can contact you about working together. We store a keyed hash of your network address to limit spam, not the raw address. We do not sell this information.
Sales team applications
If you apply to our sales team, we store the contact details, location, experience, written responses, recording link, and acknowledgments you submit so Service Scale can review your application and contact you about recruiting. Applications are stored with our database provider (Supabase). When email notifications are enabled, these details are processed by our email provider (Resend) and sent to Service Scale’s recruiting inbox in Gmail. Applications and review notes are restricted to the administrator. We store a keyed hash of your network address to help limit spam, not the raw address in the application record. Your answers are also saved in your own browser while you fill out the form, and cleared once it’s sent. Recordings remain with the hosting service you choose; only share material you have permission to share. We do not sell application information.
Clients
Businesses that hire us use a separate private client portal, which has its own privacy policy covering agreements, payments and scheduling.
Access and deletion
To see, correct or delete your information, including emailed copies of an application, email Service Scale at servicescaleadvertisement@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
